Maldon Sea Salt Flakes are traditionally hand-harvested in small batches in Maldon, Essex, using artisan methods associated with the family-run salt maker since 1882. Made from 100% sea salt, the distinctive pyramid-shaped flakes have a clean, bright flavour and delicate crunch. Pinch and crumble them over finished dishes, or use them during cooking in marinades, rubs, baking and desserts. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians and kosher certified. Store in a cool, dry place.
