Mancini Linguine is produced and packed on the family’s farm in Italy using durum wheat grown in the surrounding fields. Made with only durum wheat semolina and water, the pasta is drawn through circular bronze dies and slowly dried for 23 hours at temperatures between 36°C and 50°C. Each strand has an elliptical, flat profile suited to pesto, seafood and emulsified sauces. Cooking time: 7–9 minutes. Contains wheat; may contain traces of mustard and soy.
