Mancini Spaghetti is made and packed in Italy using durum wheat grown directly by the producer. The pasta is extruded through circular bronze dies, then slowly dried for 36 hours at temperatures between 36°C and 46°C. Each strand is approximately 260mm long and 2.2mm in diameter, with a recommended cooking time of 9–11 minutes. Ingredients: durum wheat semolina and water. Contains gluten; may contain traces of mustard and soy.
