Produced in Italy by Riso Principe, this superfine Carnaroli rice features large, compact grains that absorb stock while retaining their structure. Traditionally milled and packed in a protective atmosphere, it is particularly suited to creamy risottos and other rice-based dishes. Recommended cooking time is 16–18 minutes.
